1. Open Apple Music (or iTunes)
2. Add the MP3 files to your library: 
On a computer, just drag and drop the MP3 files into the Apple or iTunes window
OR
Click File → Add File to Library… (or Add Folder to Library…) and select the files
3. Find your songs and play them: The songs will appear in your Library. 
Songs can be played, added to playlists, or synced to your iPhone.

To get these songs synced to the Apple Music or iTunes app on your phone, 
connect your computer and phone with a USB cable and use the sync function
